The show features Athens' own cook/philosopher extraordinaire, Dexter Weaver (Weaver D) owner of Weaver D's Delicious Fine Foods and author of the HOT selling Automatic Y'all - Weaver D's Guide To The Soul. Join Weaver, his co-host, and guests as he pours on his soulful goodness preparing recipes that can be prepared easily at home and dispensing useful information and unique insight from his years of experience. The show was co-hosted and co-produced by former kitchen director for Martha Stewart Living Television, Virginia Willis. An Augusta native, Virginia will add her finesse and knowledge in and out of the kitchen.
